CD Interpretation can research, design and produce signage and interpretation boards for all situations. Our primary focus, however, is on ecological and environmental projects where our specialist skills and resources are well placed. Our designers will work with stakeholders to create the most appropriate visual style for the design. We can print onto a variety of surfaces, including laminated aluminium, vinyl etc.

We can supply lecterns in various materials, including high impact acrylic (and the more flexible polypropylene), wood, aluminium,  and recycled plastic. We can advise on vandal-resistant and long-lasting finishes and materials.

Which material is best depends on the effect required and other considerations such as longevity, vandal resistence, environmental impact etc. For example our recycled plastic displays while looking almost indistinguishable from real wood are often used where longevity or cost are a premium. Real wood degrades over time in a way that may in fact be desirable, giving an attractive rustic effect.
